Preparing the concession stand for season opening, for ongoing compliance with all local codes (i.e., fire & health) and for the end of the year closing and
Responsible for the game day concession stand for SHS Knights home games.
coordinating the schedule to staff the concession stands with volunteers
Providing proper direction to volunteers weekly to ensure volunteers are operating within all safety regulations.
Fill and top off propane tanks for grills prior to each game
The Concessions Coordinator has discretion to make ordinary and necessary purchases to manage the League’s inventory of items for sale in the concession. These purchases may be made through the Gridiron President or Treasurer, or a Gridiron debit card.
Responsible for team dinner purchases, i.e. Gatorade, water, and dinner ware.
Use of the Gridiron debit card by the Concessions Coordinator shall beat the discretion of the Gridiron President.
The Concessions Coordinator shall hand in receipts for all purchases within seven days to the Treasurer.
Primary duty is assembling the SHS Knights season program book
Coordination with printer on program book set up
Game Day Program Pamphlets
Primary duty is assembling SHS Knights game day pamphlets during home games
Obtaining roster from coach
Printing program, folding and bringing to game prior to 6pm
Game Day Chowder
Primary duty is to manage Chowder pick up and delivery to the concession stand on game day from the back loading dock at Aqua Turf

Pasta Supper food pickup
